La Novia (Uma Thurman) sigue buscando venganza y cargándose a todo el que tuviera que ver con la masacre del ensayo de su boda. Beatrix recuerda los preliminares a la masacre, cómo Bill (David Carradine), que aparece con una imagen paternal, le desea toda la felicidad del mundo antes de asesinar a su novio, los invitados y dejarla a ella en coma cuando estaba embarazada. Ya ha terminado con O-Ren Ishii (Lucy Liu) y Vernita Green (Vivica A. Fox) entre muchos otros. Pero hay más personajes dentro de su lista negra. Antes de encontrar a Bill debe terminar con su hermano Budd (Michael Madsen) y Elle Driver (Daryl Hannah), que a su vez intentan también encontrarla por orden de Bill. En su viaje sangriento recuerda La Novia sus días felices junto a su ahora mayor enemigo, y la preparación a la que fue sometida para convertirse en una gran luchadora. Cuando por fin da con el hombre que casi le arrebata la vida, y a la hija que esperaba, se llevará una gran sorpresa
