USB Safely Remove es una aplicación que reemplaza el asistente ‘Quitar hardware con seguridad’ del Explorador, el gestor que Windows utiliza para administrar dispositivos extraíbles.
USB Safely Remove no sólo detiene y reactiva dispositivos enchufados, sino que además añade más funciones, como la posibilidad de saber por qué una memoria USB no puede ser detenida y atajos de teclado para extraer un dispositivo concreto.
La interfaz muy cuidada de USB Safely Remove tiene su punto fuerte en el menú de la barra de tareas, que muestra el icono de cada unidad y un nombre mucho más útil que el que ofrece el asistente de Windows.
