Cada vez es más difícil encontrar una aplicación para la edición de imágenes que sea fácil, completo y gratuito. Todo esto lo puedes encontrar ahora en un mismo programa, Photobie.
Se trata de una aplicación muy sencilla con la que podrás editar todas tus imágenes haciendole todo tipo de modificaciones.
Photobie soporta archivos en formato BMP, ICO, GIF, JPG, PNG, TIF y POB (formato propio del programa). Entre los cambios que podrás aplicarle a tu imagen destacan los múltiples filtros y efectos para alterar la calidad y apariencia, herramientas para ajustar el color y hacer pequeñas correcciones, etc. Ademas, para facilitarte el trabajo incluye edición multicapa.
Tambíen podrás modificar el tamaño de la imagen, reducir el ruido, rotarlas... Y por si todo esto fuera poco, incorpora un sencillo capturador de pantallas.

Photobie es un sencillo editor gráfico con el que puedes realizar diversas operaciones con tus imágenes, con la posibilidad además de trabajar por capas.
Permite modificar el tamaño y dimensiones de las fotos, rotarlas, recortarlas, seleccionar determinadas áreas, ajustar valores de brillo o contraste y otras muchas funciones.

Photobie DS has more advanced feature for professional designers. Photobie runs upon Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP with .NET framework 2 (Photobie 4.8 or earlier versions require only .NET framework 1.1)

El tamaño del portable es debido a que ya incluye la versión 3 del .Net FrameWork así que ya no es necesario que lo instalés en tu pc y lo dejé así para que este programa sea portable 100% (sin dependencias de lo que esté instalado en tu pc)
